PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the dynamic stability during travelling while reducing construction machine costs and improving fuel economy for a reduction in environmental loads. SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 22 is used to control the deformation of the outer race 3 of a revolving bearing 5 vertically upward. The reinforcing member 22 is provided so that a boom cylinder 14 causing a boom 15 to rise and fall is positioned below a web 9 to which a boom cylinder is axially installed.
