PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for drug delivery that exhibits good dispersibility even in a dispersant having an almost neutral pH and can be safely administered to a living body. SOLUTION: The carrier for drug delivery that exhibits good dispersibility in a dispersant having an almost neutral pH and can be safely administered to a living body is obtained by causing a cationic polymer having an excellently biocompatible hydrophilic graft chain to bond ionically to the surface of a titanium dioxide fine particle.
