PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiration aid mask which is adapted to shapes of facial surfaces different by users and is highly air-tight around the bridge of the nose of the user. SOLUTION: The respiration aid mask includes: a mask means having a mask frame and a mask pad fixed to the rear surface of the mask frame and being in close contact with the facial surface of the user; a fixing frame; and a forehead pad frame. The fixing frame is arranged in the front part of the mask frame, wherein the lower end thereof is pivotally supported at the lower end of the mask frame and the whole part of the fixing frame is turnable so as to be close/separated to/from the front surface of the mask frame with the pivotal support as a center. The forehead pad frame includes: a fixing means fixed to the upper end of the fixing frame via a bridge part; and an adjusting means which is arranged between the fixing frame and the mask frame and adjustably stops the turning of the fixing frame with respect to the mask frame.
