PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply cutting oil from a cutting oil tank to a cutting blade, even when a cutting device is mounted in an optional direction. SOLUTION: This rotary cutting device includes a motor, a body for storing the motor, the cutting blade provided in the body to be rotated by the motor, and the cutting oil tank provided in the body, and supplies the cutting oil to the cutting blade by gravity.
