PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a situation where the remaining computers are overloaded by a shortage of resources when part of computers for performing parallel processing have trouble, and to guarantee continuation of a specific mission important for operation. SOLUTION: When part of computers for performing parallel operation have trouble and the remaining computers are highly loaded, interfaces to external equipment not to be triaged according to a mission designated by an operator in advance is cut off in the order of a higher load factor, thus reducing an entire load and guaranteeing processing performance using highly important external equipment.
