PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-durable two-component developer free from carrier contamination and film peeling by a resistance adjustment agent. SOLUTION: The two-component developer is composed of a carrier and a toner, the carrier being formed by coating resin particles containing a resistance adjustment agent produced by a mini-emulsion polymerization method on magnetic core material with a mechanical impact force.
