PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spray out steam in a grill chamber (10) efficiently and uniformly. SOLUTION: The grilling device is provided with a steam generator (2) which supplies steam into the grill chamber (10). The steam generator (2) is provided with a water tank (20), a carrier tube (22) for feeding aqueous medium from the water tank (20) through a pump (21), a heat exchange tube (23) which communicates with the carrier tube (22), and a steam spraying tube (24) which communicates with the heat exchange tube (23) and is extended into the grill chamber (10). The heat exchange tube (23) is opposed to the heating surface of a heat source (1) for smoke roasting. It is so constructed that the water medium in the heat exchange tube (23) is heated by the heat source (1) for smoke roasting for generating steam and the steam is sprayed into the grill chamber (10) from the steam spraying tube (24).
