PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange unit capable of sufficiently performing heat exchange by a heat exchanger even when an adjacent unit is arranged in the vicinity. SOLUTION: The heat exchange unit includes the heat exchanger 20 connected to a compressor stored in a machine unit. The heat exchanger 20 is constituted to form a W-shape in side view, and is supported on a frame 21 leaving a space 40 on the lower side. A side panel 23 covering the side face of the heat exchanger 20 is provided. In the side panel 23, a central opening 23A for guiding air to a central space 41 of the W-shaped heat exchanger 20 and lateral openings 23B for guiding air to a lateral space 42 of the W-shaped heat exchanger 20 via the space 40 are formed.
