PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor processing device, capable of simultaneously driving two liquid crystal panels having different drive systems. SOLUTION: When the value set in a panel type selection register 24 shows an STN liquid crystal panel 2, a reversion control circuit 26 causes a COM voltage control circuit 27 and an SEG voltage control circuit 28 to output a drive waveform to an STN liquid crystal panel 2. When the value set in the panel type selection register 24 shows a memory liquid crystal panel 3, the reversion control circuit 26 causes the COM voltage control circuit 27 and the SEG voltage control circuit 28 to output a reversed waveform of the drive waveform to the STN liquid crystal panel 2 during an erasing frame of the memory liquid crystal panel 3.
