PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional inclined power generating device capable of semi-permanently obtaining energy by using a load of a generator or the like and the energy obtained by increasing the rotating force of things accumulated between the inside of a cylinder and a spiral plate by the principle of the lever in regard to a device for generating power by effectively using a small quantity of water and a metal spherical ball having high specific gravity such as an iron ball. SOLUTION: Independently of diameter and size of a cylinder body 1 and the number of steps of a spiral plate 9, a small quantity of water and iron balls are accumulated a little bit at a time between steps of the spiral plate 9 inside of the cylinder, of which rotating speed is reduced by a load of a generator 11 with a shift gear and a load of the cylinder body 1, by taking the time to obtain large energy by the principle of the lever. Further, a part of electricity generated by accumulating a large quantity of positional energy, the energy obtained by adding the number of steps of the spiral plate 9 and slowly rotates the cylinder body 1 with a large force maintained through the time, is used to circulate the water or the iron ball so as to semi-permanently generate power by itself. With the structure, a device capable of generating power day and night without being influenced by the seasons and the weather and using both of water and iron balls is thereby obtained.
