PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which can efficiently produce hydrogen gas and hydrogen oxygen gas from water as clean energy by a safe method, since various countries have required clean energy for prevention of global warming and environmental destruction. SOLUTION: In the apparatus, a sunlight energy condenser lens 1 is utilized to convert condensed rays into parallel rays and a condenser lens control system utilizes a quartz tube fiber 4 to bring high temperature sunlight into a water tank 18 as high temperature light energy, further, a catalytic ceramic 8 for generating hydrogen oxygen is irradiated with the high temperature sunlight by a parallel magnifying lens 6, and a large quantity of gas for fuel is safely generated from water molecules in a feed water tank.
