摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film mirror lightweight and flexible while preventing a decline in regular reflectance due to the degradation of a silver reflective layer which is a reflective layer, cutting down a manufacturing cost to attain area enlargement and mass production, excelling in light resistance and weatherability and having excellent regular reflectance to sunlight, and to provide a method for manufacturing the film mirror, and a reflecting apparatus for solar thermal power generation. SOLUTION: The film mirror for solar thermal power generation includes, at least on the incident light side of a metal reflective layer, a layer made of resin containing an ultraviolet absorbent and having an alicyclic hydrocarbon structure without a polar group, or a layer made of resin containing no ultraviolet absorbent and having an alicyclic hydrocarbon structure without a polar group, and a layer made of resin containing an ultraviolet absorbent further on the incident light side to the layer made of resin having the alicyclic hydrocarbon structure.
