PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aneurysm obturator with which an aneurysm is treated without closing the entrance of a branched blood vessel even when a blood vessel rather than the aneurysm itself is branched. SOLUTION: The aneurysm obturator is provided with: a bag-like balloon circular cover part 1 expanded and held after inserted into the aneurysm of the blood vessel; and a balloon plane part 2 which is provided at the opening part of the balloon circular cover part 1 and covers the aneurysm opening part of the aneurysm. The balloon plane part 2 includes: a first hole part 12 which communicates with the inside of the balloon circular cover part 1; and a second hole part 22 which communicates with the outside of the balloon circular cover part 1. The balloon circular cover part 1 is provided with a gap forming member 21 which forms a non-contact area in which the outer surface 1a thereof does not come in contact with the inner surface of the aneurysm when expanding within the aneurysm. When the aneurysm obturator having such constitution is disposed and expanded within the aneurysm including the branched vessels rather than the aneurysm, the gap is formed between the outer surface of the balloon circular cover part 1 and the inner surface of the aneurysm, so that the aneurysm is treated without closing the entrance of the branches blood vessel.
