PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal unsealing of a substrate case which is sealed by locking first and second case bodies by relatively sliding them. SOLUTION: A sealing means is provided with: a second part 96 to be engaged which is integrated with the inner surface side of the second case body 42 through a second low strength part 114; a nearly cylindrical sealing guide frame 91 provided along the sealing operation direction on the second case body 42; a sealing operation member 92 supported movably between pre-operation position and the post-operation position by the sealing guide frame 91; and a sealing engagement member 93 mounted to the inside of the first case body 41 movably between the pre-sealing position and the post-sealing position along the sealing execution direction nearly orthogonal to both of an opening/closing slide direction and the sealing operation direction. In the locked state, the sealing operation member 92 is pressed to be moved to the post-operation position. Pressed by this, the sealing engagement member 93 is moved to the post-operation position, so that an engaging part 104 on the sealing engagement member 93 engages with the second part 96 to be engaged to prevent sliding to an unlocked-state side.
