PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity and durability in a suspension support using an elastic member made of a foamed resin molding like foamed urethane. SOLUTION: A suspension support 10 includes an inside member 12 on the shock absorber side, an outer member 14 on the vehicle body side and an annular elastic member 16 disposed between both members. In this suspension support, at least one of the upper side elastic part 42 and the lower side elastic part 44 of the elastic member 16 is formed in a vertical two-layer structure consisting of a first elastic part 46 made of a foamed urethane molding and a second elastic part 48 made of a foamed urethane molding having a foaming rate lower than the first elastic part or a non-foamed solid urethane molding. The thickness ratio of the first elastic part 46 to the second elastic part 48 is changed in the circumferential direction C of the elastic member 16. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
