PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate heat dissipation processing and incorporation of the bypass discharge circuit into a battery device. SOLUTION: In the battery control system which corrects variation in charging state between secondary batteries in a battery pack 10 where a plurality of secondary batteries 11-14 are connected in series, a charging state of each secondary battery 11-14 is detected, necessity of discharge of each secondary battery 11-14 is determined, and the circuit is switched by switching circuits 31-34 so that the constant current of a constant current circuit 21 or 22 flows into a secondary battery which is determined to require discharge.
