PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invalidate operations of all devices while temporarily invalidating operations of partial devices, and to clearly distinguish between an operation for registering a transmitting apparatus to a receiving apparatus and the operation for invalidating the operations of the devices. SOLUTION: If a receiving apparatus switch 12 having visually confirmable ON/OFF, is in ON state, a receiving apparatus 10 is enabled to receive a calling signal transmitted from a transmitting apparatus 1, and if the receiving apparatus switch is in OFF state, the receiving apparatus 10 is disabled to receive the calling signal. In the case where a transmitting apparatus switch 4 having a visually confirmable registration mode/normal mode, is on a registration side, when a transmitting apparatus button 5 is pressed, the transmitting apparatus 1 transmits a registration signal and in the case where the transmitting apparatus switch is on a normal side, when the transmitting apparatus button 5 is pressed, the transmitting apparatus 1 temporarily stops transmitting the calling signal. In the case where a receiving apparatus button 13 is pressed, when the receiving apparatus 10 receives the registration signal from the transmitting apparatus 1, the receiving apparatus 10 registers the transmitting apparatus 1.
