PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display terminal device which does not need to have a display part formed into a curved shape and is prevented from the change in shape of a display part surface against application of an external force to the surface. SOLUTION: The information display terminal device includes: a fixed-side enclosure 2; a stored-side enclosure 3 which can be stored in and separated from the fixed-side housing 2 and has a winding part 8; a display part 4 which has one end connected to the fixed-side enclosure 2 and has the other end connected to the stored-side enclosure 3 via the winding part 8 and has flexibility; and top plates 9 and 11 provided on the rear side of the display part 4.
