PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary waterproof member 1 of an exterior wall joint installable in high working efficiency and capable of suppressing the interference thereof with a substrate or a fitting 5 for mounting an exterior wall panel. SOLUTION: This secondary waterproof member 1 of an exterior wall joint is stored in the vertical joint between exterior wall panels 3 on the indoor side to suppress the intrusion of water on the indoor side through the vertical joint. The secondary waterproof member includes: a flexible sheet body 17, which is formed into a long band shape, and which has waterproofness; a pair of reinforcement members 18 which are formed along both side edges of the sheet body 17, respectively, and harder than the sheet body 17; and a plurality of support members 19 which are formed in an arcuate shape swelled to the indoor side opened wider than the joint width of the vertical joint when the secondary waterproof member is stored in the vertical joint on the indoor side, which position the sheet body 17 while being loosened in the opening direction by fixing to the reinforcement members 18 at both side edges of the sheet body 17, and which are formed of elastic bodies harder than the sheet body 17.
