FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: disconnector consists of complex case including upper and lower sections interconnected by means of left-hand thread, of unit of torque transfer and of seat for waste valve. Also, the unit for torque transfer is made in form of a hollow rod movable in axial direction, installed in a cavity of the case and having shaped sections on external surface and a lower end for interaction with congruent sections made on internal surface of upper and lower sections of the case. Upper part of the case has a circular boring directly under its shaped section. Height and diameter of the boring exceed height and the biggest cross dimension in comparison with corresponding dimensions of the shaped section of the rod. The rod in its initial position is connected with the case by means of a holder made in form of a shear pin or a spring loaded element. ^ EFFECT: raised reliability of operation and simplified structure and process of disconnector fabrication. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg |
