FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to medical devices which are surgically implanted to a patient, and particularly refers to implanted injection or infusion ports, such as those applied for chemotherapy and gastric bandage adjustment manipulations. The implanted surgical injection port comprises a body, a needle-permeable partition, and at least one stabilising element. The body has a main portion, a closed distal end, an opened proximal end and a fluid tank in between. The partition is attached to the open end of the body. At least, one stabilising element is mounted on the body for fastening the port in tissues. The stabilising element comprises a component having an unexpanded position and an expanded position in which a stability element extends radially from the main portion, basically complanar with the closed distal end of the body. In the second version, the injection port also comprises tissue penetration means of at least one stabilising element when the injection port impressed by a surgeon in the position, and if observing the injection port passing from the unexpanded position to the expanded position. ^ EFFECT: injection port does not require suture fixation to tissues for migration and/or inversion prevention, is minimally invasive for surrounding tissues, provides fast surrounding wound repair, is convenient and cosmetically acceptable for the patient. ^ 12 cl, 29 dwg |
