PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring terminal in a compact Kelvin socket which achieves a reduction in time and effort in manufacturing the Kelvin socket, and to provide a method of manufacturing the measuring terminal. SOLUTION: The measuring terminal 10 is formed by punching a multilayer substrate, which is formed by stacking a first thin plate 1 made of a conductive material, a second thin plate 2 made of an insulating material and a third thin plate 3 made of a conductive material, into a predetermined shape of the measuring terminal. The surface of the conductive material of the measuring terminal 10 is plated to form a measuring terminal 11. The measuring terminal 11 is inserted into a base member of the socket, and is soldered to a wiring surface provided in a back surface of a socket board. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
