摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly change an observing position in the direction of Z axis. SOLUTION: An upper lens 112A and a lower lens 112B obtained by dividing one lens 112 so as to have equal mass, are fixed to piezoelectric elements 122A-R and 122A-L and piezoelectric elements 122B-R and 122B-L, respectively, which are disposed in opposite positions corresponding to the lenses, and are disposed in opposite positions on an optical axis at a predetermined interval via a predetermined space. The piezoelectric elements 122A-R and 122A-L disposed on the one of the positions apply an action to the upper lens 112A, in the same magnitude as and in the direction opposite to the action to be applied to the lower lens 112B by the piezoelectric elements 122B-R and 122B-L disposed on the other opposite position.
