PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head unit, wherein ink can be prevented from adhering to a circuit board, and damage of the circuit board can be prevented. SOLUTION: A seal member 23 is integrated with an intermediate member 17 consisting of a resin material having rigidity, a downstream member 18 includes a recess 28 which is depressed from the side where the circuit board 34 is arranged to the recording head 12 side, inlet of the third liquid channel 33 is opened in the bottom face of the recess 28, and then the second liquid channel 32 and the third liquid channel 33 are interconnected when the seal member 23 of the intermediate member 17 abuts against the bottom face of the recess 28.
