PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball tap device adaptable to either of the cases of a cleaning tank with or without hand-wash water discharge pipe by using the same device. SOLUTION: In this ball tap device 22, a tubular hand-washing water supply inlet 52 to connect a conduit pipe, which guides water of a water pipe 100 to the hand-wash water discharge pipe for the wash-basin, is attached to a connecting pipe 46, which is connected to a main pipe 44 and constitutes the water pipe 100 together with the main pipe 44, in a downwardly projecting manner separately from a spout 50 in the tank.
