PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer dispersant for inorganic pigments, which can improve the microdispersibility of basic inorganic pigments. SOLUTION: The polymer dispersant for inorganic pigments comprises a copolymer containing: a constituent unit (a) represented by general formula (1) to be 5-40 wt.% of the total constituent units; a constituent unit (b) represented by general formula (2) to be 35-90 wt.% of the total constituent units; and a constituent unit (c) represented by general formula (3) with 0.05-0.85 weight ratio ((the constituent unit (c))/(the constituent unit (b))).
