PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in operation of an operation lever of a circuit breaker. SOLUTION: A rectangular operation small window 4a is prepared at a position facing an earth leakage breaker 200 in a back plate 4 of a station body 1. A small window cover 4b for covering the operation small window 40 in a freely openable/closable manner, is prepared. Since the operation lever 201 of the earth leakage breaker 200 can face the outside of the station body 1 through the operation small window 4a, when the small window cover 4b is opened, the operation lever 201 can be operated by inserting a hand in from the operation small window 4a. Therefore, since the operation lever 201 of the earth leakage breaker 200 becomes operable through the operation small window 4a, when the small window cover 4b is opened, operability in operation of the operation lever 201 of the earth leakage breaker 200, can be improved.
