PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for determining bump ride-over capable of determining the time of completion of bump ride-over of a wheel with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for determining bump ride-over includes wheel speed sensors 7a-7d for detecting the rotational speed of four wheels, a T/M output rotation number sensor 8 for detecting the number of rotation of an output shaft of a transmission 4, and a bump ride-over determining ECU 10. The bump ride-over determining ECU 10 determines whether or not the wheel speed of all wheels is not zero, and the number of rotation of the output shaft of the transmission 4 is not zero based on the detected values of the wheel speed sensors 7a-7d and the T/M output rotation number sensor 8 if it is determined that any wheel now rides over a bump, and determines that the dump ride-over of the wheel is completed when the conditions are satisfied.
