PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently associate a radio terminal with a repeater based on instructions from a server. SOLUTION: A management server 2 includes a reset signal in a synchronizing signal to be transmitted to a radio terminal 5. The reset signal has two kinds of signals: an overall terminal reset signal; and a threshold reset signal. Upon reception of the overall terminal reset signal, the radio terminal 5 resets itself to reenter a radio communication system 1. The radio terminal 5, which evaluates the quality of radio communication being performed with a repeater 3, upon reception of the threshold reset signal, resets itself to reenter the radio communication system 1 when the quality of radio communication is below or equal to a threshold. Such a reentry associates the radio terminal 5 with the most suitable repeater 3, thereby optimizing the radio communication system 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
