PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-state waste treatment apparatus which can solve negative pressure by adjusting the pressure in the inside of a container into which a liquid-state waste is suctioned. SOLUTION: The liquid-state waste treatment apparatus 1 comprises a liner L, an intake port 7 for introducing a liquid-state waste 27 into the liner L, a gas discharge port 9 formed in an upper part of the liner L for keeping the inside of the liner L in a negative pressure condition, a sealing filter 26 to be a stopper attached to the gas discharge port 9 for preventing suction of the liquid-state waste 27 outside the liner L, a discharge port 8 formed in an upper part of the liner L and connectable with the neighboring intake port 7 of the liner L, and a pressure adjustment hole 24a capable adjusting the pressure in the inside of the liner L by introducing outside air into the liner L in a state that the liquid surface of the liquid-state waste 27 in the liner L reaches the height of the lower end 8a of the discharge port 8.
