PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for fixing a box to a support that facilitates manufacture, without causing deformation or the like when secured to the support. SOLUTION: A metal plate which is a long belt in the horizontal direction is bent forward at a substantially right angle in its upper and lower parts and is U-shaped as viewed from its sides. Belt passing pins 11, 11 are formed as bridges between a ceiling 3 and a bottom 4 for forming a space through which a belt B passes. Accordingly, since it is not necessary to make belt passing holes as in a conventional case, the manufacture is easy. Also, semi-oval cutouts 6 and 7 are formed in front edges of the ceiling 3 and the bottom 4. Both ends of their openings function as points 6a and 7a of support which abut on the outer peripheral surface of a support rod P and stop its rotation when the member is secured to the support rod P. Accordingly, the points 6a and 7a of support can be more easily formed as compared to a conventional member which is folded into an M configuration or the like and there arises no deformation such as opening of the points 6a, 6a (or 7a, 7a) of support in the circumferential direction of the support rod P when the member is secured, as in the case of a conventional member.
