PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of guidance for helping to reach a facility located on the oncoming-lane side. SOLUTION: A navigation device specifies the facility located along a road on the oncoming-lane side to a road constituting a route, determines whether the oncoming lane side road along which the specified facility is located is crossable, and outputs information, showing that the facility can be reached by crossing the road when the oncoming-lane side road is determined as being crossable.
