PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlight for a vehicle easily changeable in light distribution compared with the prior art. SOLUTION: The headlight 1 for the vehicle includes a reflector 5 with a reflecting surface 51 opened to the vehicle front and divided in a plurality of reflecting regions 510. Light from filaments 41 of a bulb 4 is reflected by each reflecting region 510 of the reflecting surface 51 and transmitted through a transparent light-transmitting cover 3 to irradiate the vehicle front. Second reflecting regions 510b out of the reflecting regions 510 are formed in concentrically laminated shape of a plurality of rectangular surfaces S different from one another in at least one length out of vertical and lateral lengths such that the rectangular surfaces S are arranged closer to the front side of the reflecting surface 51 the smaller the areas are.
