PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic that, in spite of having makeup effects of lifting up a face and keeping the face looking young, maintains the effects and has excellent cosmetic durability, namely, does not damage a gloss feeling, has resistance to sweat or sebum and strength to makeup smearing by drying.SOLUTION: The solid powder cosmetic comprises (A) composite powder obtained by coating the surface of pearl pigment obtained by forming a coated layer of metal oxide containing titanium on the surface of flaky substrate with spherical organic powder having particle diameters of 200-400 nm in a coating amount of 2.0-10.0 wt.% based on the total amount, (B) powder having a surface treated with a polymer surface treatment agent of a specific fluorine-containing copolymer and (C) an oily component in a paste state at 25°C as constituent components and further aluminum potassium sulfate 12 hydrate and/or sodium chloride as an additive. |
