PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a (meth)acrylic-modified (hydrogenated) polybutadiene.SOLUTION: In the method for producing a (meth)acrylic-modified (hydrogenated) polybutadiene represented by formula (IV), a hydroxyl group-containing (hydrogenated) polybutadiene and a (meth)acrylic acid ester are reacted with each other by heating them at 30°C or higher in the presence of a polymerization inhibitor, and then, adding a catalytic amount of a tin compound. In the formula (IV), P is a polybutadiene, Xand Xare each independently an oxygen atom or a 1-20C ligand which may include a nitrogen atom, Yis a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, a carboxy group or a (meth)acrylic group. |
