PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a situation in which raw materials stay on a rotary table, become a lump like a bird nest to prevent from being fully bitten into a crushing roller, in a vertical crusher where crushed raw materials are blown off upward by gas and taken out of the machine.SOLUTION: Differential pressure of a gas flowing in the vertical crusher and a motive power of the mill are monitored during the operation, thereby to detect a situation in which raw materials are not efficiently bitten in a crushing roller. If such a situation is detected, rotating speed of the rotary table is quickly reduced, so as to restore to a state where the raw materials are efficiently bitten in the crushing roller. Furthermore, if using a large auxiliary roller with grooves machined therein, since a biting capacity becomes higher compared with a conventional technique, frequency wherein the rotating speed of the rotary table has to be decreased through the monitoring control of the differential pressure and the motive power of the mill can be reduced. |
