PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator car and an elevator device capable of commonizing the structure of car sills of a plurality of kinds of surface materials different in surface material quality and capable of improving a mounting workability.SOLUTION: In the elevator device and the elevator car, an extension sill 7 is arranged for either the car sill 6 or a landing sill at the position where the car sill 6 and the landing sill face to each other when the car is located at the landing. For the car sill 6 or the landing sill to which the extension sill 7 is provided, at least two extension sills including a first extension sill 13 formed of an inexpensive material and a second extension sill 23 in which at least an upper surface and a front surface of a sill support 24 formed of an inexpensive material is covered by a cover material formed of a metal can be exchanged and attached.
