PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new hair cosmetic composition used mainly as hair oil which has the excellent feeling of use and the excellent stability with time.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic composition is characterized by blending the following components (a) through (c). (a) 40-90 mass% of volatile oil contents; (b) 0.1-20 mass% of a polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene/butylene/dimethylpolysiloxane copolymer; and (c) 0.1-30 mass% of ethanol.
