PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve that exhibits stable fuel injection characteristics.SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve includes: a magnetic pipe 11 forming a thin part 17 on the radially inner side of a recessed part 14 recessed from an outer peripheral surface 11a; a movable core 30 stored inside the magnetic pipe 11 and moving along with a valve member 40; a fixed core 20 fixed inside the magnetic pipe 11 and opposed to the movable core 30 on the radially inner side of the thin part 17; a spool 61 having an inner peripheral surface 61a attached to the outer peripheral surface 11a of the magnetic pipe 11 at both sides in the axial direction of the recessed part 14; an electromagnetic coil 62 wound around the spool 61 and generating magnetic flux passing between the magnetic pipe 11 and both the cores 20, 30 by energization for attracting the movable core 30 to the fixed core 20; a resin housing 63 covering attaching interfaces 70, 71 between the magnetic pipe 11 and the spool 61, and the electromagnetic coil 62; and a contact projection 80 projecting from the spool 61 toward the radially inner side and axially contacting the recessed part 14 with clearance parts 82, 84 remaining inside the recessed part 14. |
