PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle utilizing dehumidified air for cooling in the cooling mode and preventing the sensible temperature of an occupant from lowering in the heating mode, in addition to removing the frost on a windshield.SOLUTION: Air dehumidified by an air conditioning unit 10 is distributed upward along the inner surface of the windshield W from a first ventilation port 111 equipped near the windshield W. A controller switches a valve 202 to locate at a position A in the cooling mode and a position B in the heating mode. An air distribution part 20 and a fan 201 disposed on the ceiling 205 of the vehicle send the dehumidified air toward the occupant P in the cooling mode. More specifically, the dehumidified air is sucked from a ceiling suction port 206, distributed to the air distribution part 20, and thereafter blown out toward the occupant P from a blow out part 207. Switching the valve 202 to the position B stops the sending of the humidified air toward the occupant P. |
