PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device for disposing waste without stopping a process such as cutting, and improving work efficiency.SOLUTION: A cutting process or a punching process is executed for a sheet S by a processing part 11, and waste D generated by the process is carried to and stored in a waste box 14 attached to a device body 13 by a waste carrying means 12. A controller 30 controls to temporarily stop carriage and drive of the waste carrier 12 while continuing the cutting or punching process, the cutting or punching process can be continued even when the waste box 14 is filled up with the waste D, and the waste box 14 is taken out of the device body 13 for disposing the waste D. The waste D of the waste box 14 can be disposed without stopping the cutting or punching process, thus improving the work efficiency. |
