PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust coat supplying facility capable of controlling the poured amount of water by grasping the condition of moisture contained in a coal inside a supplying coal pipe with a simple method.SOLUTION: The dust coal supplying facility (1) includes a bunker (10) that stores the coal before it is crushed, a dust coal crusher (20) that crushes the coal, the coal supplying pipe (30) that connects the banker (10) with the dust coal crusher (20), and a vibration information obtaining means (60) that is installed around the coal supplying pipe (30) and obtains the vibration information that is directly or indirectly transmitted from the coal passing through the coal supplying pipe (30), wherein the vibration information may be direct vibration information coming from the coal supplying pipe (30) or may be vibration information generated through the coal supplying pipe (30). |
