PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device of electronic equipment for increasing the efficiency of cooling further.SOLUTION: The cooling device of electronic equipment includes a cross-sectionally hollow shaped casing, and a fin 11 for dividing the inside of the casing into a plurality of coolant flow paths. A side face unit 14 of the fin 11 includes a first recess 15 extended in a first direction, and a second recess 16 extended in a second direction. The first recess 15 and the second recess 16 are extended in mutually different directions, and the first recess 15 is connected to the second recess 16 at a crossing section. |
