An impedance stabilization device is configured by serially inserting a circuit in which a series matching impedance element (11a, 12a (11b, 12b)) and a high frequency blocking element (15a (15b)) are connected in parallel in a line (10a (10b)) constituting a distribution line, and connecting two lines (10a and 10b) constituting the distribution line by a circuit in which a parallel matching impedance element (13) and a low frequency blocking element (14) are connected in series. A high-frequency signal passes through the series matching impedance element, a power supply current passes through the high frequency blocking element, and when the device side is an open end, the parallel matching impedance element functions as a terminating resistance. |
