PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomographic measurement apparatus for simplifying a constitution, and accurately reconstructing an optical tomographic image when the fault image indicating a concentration distribution of a fluorescence within a biological body as a measurement object is reconstructed.SOLUTION: A fluorescent labeling agent is previously administered to a mouse 12 to make a light receiving unit 42 receive a fluorescence generated from the mouse 12 having a measurement plane 92 crossing the length direction of the mouse 12, and excited by excitation light irradiated by a light source unit 40.
