PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement the transmission or the like of a redirection signal in number portability in an IP network.SOLUTION: In an IP network, a subscriber server 20 which accepts call origination to a terminal 80 that is a moving source of number portability transmits a redirection signal including identification information of the terminal 80 in a moving destination network to a call originating source terminal via a relay server 30. When there is no call re-originating function in a network accommodating the call originating source terminal, upon receiving the redirection signal from the subscriber terminal 20, the relay server 30 originates a call to the moving destination terminal.
