The invention also provides pharmaceutical and cosmetic compositions thereof and methods for using halofuginone analogs in treating chronic inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, dry eye syndrome, fibrosis, scar formation, angiogenesis, viral infections, ischemic damage, transplant and implant rejection, neurodegenerative diseases, and cosmetic applications.
