<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component mounting system, configured with a plurality of electronic component mounting apparatuses connected in series, which can effectively prevent a wrong apparatus from being mistaken for the one to which a signal tower belongs. <P>SOLUTION: In a plurality of apparatus M1 through M5 which are connected in series to configure an electronic component mounting system, an operation section 4 is disposed on the side of an apparatus MS so as to be lopsided from center with respect to the board transport direction of the apparatus, with the normal direction of an operation face 4a inclined toward the center line CL. Furthermore, a signal tower 22 is disposed on the top of the apparatus so as to be lopsided from the center line CL, at least a part thereof being inclined toward the center line CL by an angle β. This arrangement effectively prevents an adjacent apparatus from being inadvertently mistaken for the one to which the operation section 4 or the signal tower 22 belongs by the machine operator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
