PURPOSE: A cooperative communication system using cyclic delay diversity, transmitting method thereof, and recording medium storing transmitting method thereof are provided to apply a circumference delay diversity method to a cooperative communication technique without declining the performance of the cooperative communication. CONSTITUTION: A second base station(200) shares the data by communicating a first base station(100). The second base station divides the shared data. The second base station generates a signal in which a first symbol is loaded and a signal in which a second symbol is loaded corresponding to the shared and divided data. The second base station irradiates the signal in which the first symbol is loaded and the signal in which the second symbol is loaded at the same time.
