<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with a solar cell module that can effectively recover solar energy compared to conventional apparatuses with a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module is configured to be capable of absorbing and recovering waste heat on a surface side of the solar cell module so as to be capable of effectively utilizing solar energy. A light-transmitting cover is spaced from a surface side of the module, and a surface-side passage is defined between the cover and the module. A liquid is supplied to the surface-side passage to allow waste heat to be recovered on a surface of the module. A rear-surface-side passage may be formed with a heat absorbing device provided on a rear surface side such that the heat absorbing device absorbs and recovers waste heat in the rear-surface-side passage prior to recovering waste heat on the surface of the module. A separate light-transmitting cover may be spaced from a surface side of the light-transmitting cover with an air layer defined between the covers.
